About the Event
Harpu is a weekly workshop where you learn to meditate in God's presence. Senior Pastor Jorge will teach you how to deeply meditate through guided breathing exercieses and learnings on meditation. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat/blanket to be fully immersed in the experience.
